Bodega Jardí Lavica Ars Amatoria
Fruity, elegant and full of character join Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Manto Negro together to create the indulgence of Ars Amatoria. This wine was born in the landscapes of the Serra de Tramuntana and possesses everything that ecstasizes a true wine connoisseur: French oak barrel character(second and third passes), dark cherry-red hue, smart tannins, stunningly long finish and the nuances of cedarwood and vanilla.
Bodega Jardí Lavica Ars Amatoria Syrah
Irresistible, full of character, voluminous and splendidly developed is a new Ars Amatoria with Syraz. It consists 100% of monocratic Syrah grape variety and was manually harvested in 15 kg cases. Its long finish is flamboyant, its delicate tannins are praiseworthy, its French oak barrel character (second pass) is consistent and the nuances of vanilla and dark chocolate are unmistakable.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25 degrees and subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels. Selection of Wine grapes of Callet, Fogoneu, Merlot, Syrah and Manto Negro (Majorcan and foreign grape varieties).

Bodega Jardí Lavica Alma Mater Silver – from Nature to Glass
Our dry Alma Mater Silver has a noble and elegant character. Its deep dark red almost black colour rebels in a glass and stays impervious. It is a magical mix of 50% Merlot and 50% Syrah. The nose gets in contact with deep and divine balsamic aromas, vanilla, steaming cocoa, fresh roasted coffee beans and last but not least wild and romantic aromas of the Serra de Tramuntana herbs.
