Full of warm Majorcan sun, Ars Amatoria Rosat is a summer ambassador par excellence. This new exquisite cuvée from Gorgollasa, Cabernet Sauvignon and Manto Negro enhances the Ars Amatoria Line of a young aspiring winery Jardí Lavica from Mallorca. Settled next to Binissalem, in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana, Jardí Lavica winemakers have managed to create a state of the art rosé wine that unites the very best Qualities of this traditional wine-growing Region.
Fresh and delicate on the palate this wine possesses a well-balanced acidity that assorts perfectly well with the flavours of red ripe berries that dominate the cuvée. With its 13 % abv Ars Amatoria Rosé proves to be a rather grown-up, mature wine that fascinates with its salmon-pink colour in a glass and awakens expectations.
This rosé pairs well with the Mediterranian cuisine. Whether with light fish dishes, fresh salads or poultry dishes – Ars Amatoria Rosé is a perfect companion that adds an assured sense of style and high-end class to your meal. Though full-bodied but not heavy it can be served with red meat as well, e.g. Beef and venison.
