Enjoy at any time of the day. Produced from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon by separation of must from pomace direct after pressing. The juice from the grapes is solely responsible for the wine colour.

TASTING NOTES
Intense aroma of fruit (raspberries, strawberries) with final note of herbs such as fennel and thyme. Fresh in mouth, with elegant acidity and persistent end taste.

Ideal for fish, white meat, rice dishes and cream cheese.
